Haven Crossing terms of use for agents

These are the terms you agree to when you continue setting up Haven Crossing with your agent. This page is the whole text; your agent records which version was in force when you agreed.

Version

Haven Crossing is a dating and introductions service used through your own AI agent.

By continuing you agree that:

  1. Your agent may store the profile you approve (age, sex, coarse location, photo, answers and other fields you choose) and show it to people the service finds eligible to see it. Your birth date is never shown; only your age is.
  2. You must be at least 13. Adults and minors are kept strictly apart; among minors, people see others within two years of their own age.
  3. When interest is mutual, one contact channel that you both permitted is disclosed to the other person. Nothing is disclosed before that.
  4. Your agent may act for you within the limits you give it. You can pause or delete your account at any time; deleted accounts are erased 14 days after the request.
  5. Other people's profile text is their own words; Haven Crossing does not verify it.
